Singer 9ice, who is from Ogbomoso, Oyo state, visited his constituency today September 10th for awareness campaign and to identify with the electorate. He addressed a large crowd that gathered at the Town hall in Oja Igbo, and promised that if elected to represent Ogbomoso Federal constituency 1, he will use this salary to do developmental projects in the constituency.

9ice declared his intentions to go into politics many weeks ago. He plans to contest for House of Reps in 2015.

“I was coming from Abeokuta with a friend in his car. I think they didn’t tighten the bolt of the tyre very well. By the time we were around Mowe, the tyre gave way and the car tumbled and the glass scattered. My friend was seriously injured. I was also injured but not as badly. After the accident, I couldn’t walk very well. I was treated and a few weeks I had to walk around with a stick. I dropped the stick three days ago. I’m a lot better now.

Joan Rivers out of intensive care, 'kept comfortable' in private room

Joan River's daughter, Melissa Rivers just announced that the comedienne and TV star left intensive care and has been moved to a private hospital.

"My mother has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room where she is being kept comfortable. Thank you for your continued support,” Melissa said.

Melissa didn't really indicate if being moved into a private room means her mother is getting better. Joan Rivers was rushed to the hospital a week ago after she stopped breathing during a routine throat operation. Some family members fear she will never fully recover and could be left 'a vegetable'.
