Pastor Chris & Anita Oyakhilome’s Daughter, Sharon Defends Her Parents – Read
Sharon Oyakhilome, the 21-year-old daughter of Chris & Anita Oyakhilome –
seems to have taken her parents rumoured divorce with rare grace. Just
three weeks ago, she threw a fun bikini party to celebrate her 21st
birthday in London.
Speaking on her family’s public scandal, Sharon took to social media saying: “Don’t believe everything you hear. Just remember that salvation is personal. It’s about you and God. There’s no third party.
Sharon also buttressed her
current state with a munch of her father’s article, ‘Never Bother About
Your Adversaries’ highlighting the verse “The LORD is my light and my
salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of
whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes,
came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell” (Psalm
27:1-2).”
The article further reads that: “In your life,
you must learn never to give thoughts and undue considerations to the
devil, his little demons and the activities of wicked and unreasonable
men that seek to bring you down. You see, they don’t count at all! I
want you to understand something about who you are and your life as a
new creation; you’re the fulfillment of Scripture. Your daily life is
the fulfilment of that which has already been written concerning you.
That’s the understanding with which the Psalmist came to this conclusion
in Psalm 27:1- 2. He declared, “the Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?’
“In other words, He’s my deliverer; He’s
powerful enough to take care of me therefore who dares to stand against
me? He’s actually asking, “Where is the devil now?” “Who’s so powerful
to declare himself my enemy? Come out against me and God will be against
you!”
Hallelujah! Then He said, “When the wicked,
even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they
stumbled and fell.” What’s He saying? You know Jesus said prophetically
concerning Himself,
“…In the volume of the Book it is written of
me, I come to do thy will O God” (Hebrews 10:7). This means when Jesus
came, He stepped into the prophecy and began to live His life in it. He
didn’t do anything the Word didn’t already declare about Him. He came to
fulfil that which was already spoken.
“In the same way, anybody that declares
himself your enemy or anything that poses itself as your enemy will
surely fulfil the Scripture of stumbling and falling. That means, you
don’t ever have to bother about your adversaries; their end is assured.
Don’t allow yourself be distracted.
“Focus on what you’ve been called to do. God’s
Word has been declared concerning them; the Bible says they stumbled
and fell! So if they started out to be your enemy, they will have to end
up stumbling and falling. You don’t have to pray about your enemies;
like Jesus, all you should say is “Father, forgive them for they know
not what they do.”
Some men like women wearing the modernized dresses than the native attires. Some women who are seen wearing the show off dresses and modernized dress are mostly tagged as the ‘s.exy and classy” girls.
Contrary to what most men may think, music artiste Ice Prince has a different view to women and their fashion sense. He said he loves women on native attires, precisely Wrapper.
In his words, When asked what pat of the woman’s physical features attracts him the most. “I don’t really get confused but I always trip over a woman in native attire precisely wrapper” he said.
